
Beef Steak with Fried Potatoes & Mixed Salad
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
- 1 beef steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp butter
 - 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
 - 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
For the Fried Potatoes:
- 2 medium potatoes (cut into wedges or slices)
 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - Salt and paprika to taste
 
For the Mixed Salad:
- 1 cup lettuce (chopped)
 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
 - 1/4 cup cucumber (sliced)
 - 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
- 
Cook the Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
 - Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
 - Add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Spoon the butter over the steak for extra flavor.
 - Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
 
 - 
Fry the Potatoes:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
 - Add potato slices and cook until golden and crispy.
 - Season with salt and paprika.
 
 - 
Prepare the Salad:
- Toss lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
 
 - 
Serve:
- Arrange the sliced steak on a plate with fried potatoes and salad.
 - Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
